- Yes. Every transporter must provide valid goods-in-transit insurance and other documents. Our team manually verifies each one before they can quote.
- What if no one quotes on my job?
- Jobs are visible to all verified transporters for 7 days. If no quotes are received, the job expires and you can re-post it.
- How do I pay the transporter?
- The booking fee is paid through our secure platform. The remaining balance is settled directly between you and the transporter.
- Can I transport items internationally?
- Yes, we support routes between the UK and European countries.
